- To order an official transcript(s) login to the National Student Clearinghouse secure site.
- All KCTCS schools have access to view or print any KCTCS transcripts.

What is unofficial transcript?
Unofficial Transcript Definition Transcripts that have been in the hands of the student such as student copy/unofficial transcripts are not considered official. Unofficial transcripts are printed on plain paper and do not have a college seal or registrar’s signature.

- Log into your Online Student Center using your MEID and Password.
- Under Academics, choose Request Transcript from the dropdown list, and click >>.
- On the Request Transcript page, choose Official Transcript from the dropdown list.
