Does Manic Panic amplified need developer?

Does Manic Panic require a developer? No. You use the color straight from the jar. You can mix it with white conditioner to lighten the color, but you do not use a developer like with other dyes.

How long should I leave Manic Panic amplified in my hair?

We generally recommend that you leave the dye on for at least 30 minutes or longer to process. At room temperature, 30 minutes is the average time for Manic Panic Hair Dye to process. Opening the hair cuticle can help the colour to better penetrate the hair strand while it develops.
