What is Xero Central?

Xero Central is the support and learning site for Xero’s business and partner products. Search for support articles, access courses and webinars, start a discussion with other customers, or raise a case with Xero Support.

Is Xero Central free?

Xero provides free and unlimited online support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as part of your Xero subscription. The first port of call for getting support with any of Xero’s business or practice products is Xero Central, where you’ll find online help, online learning, and discussions.

How do I get to Xero Central?

To log in to Xero, go to the Xero login screen. To log in to Xero Central, click Login at the top of any Xero Central page. Enter your email address and password, then click Log in. If you use MFA, follow the steps in Xero to authenticate your login.

Can I speak to someone at Xero?

Xero doesn’t have a support phone number or telephone helpline you can call but we can call you: there’s no charge.

Can I learn Xero by myself?

Through our video training courses, you can access training for Xero whenever you need it. There’s no need to book a specific time for your course or pre-arrange it in any way.

How long does it take to learn Xero?

The eLearning course will take about six hours and includes how to set up and run Xero on a day-to-day basis. There are knowledge checks throughout, which means you are assessing your knowledge and understanding as you move through the certification.

You need to register before you can start: Log in to Xero Central. Select the Learning tab, then click Choose a learning programme. Choose a certification, then click Register….

How difficult is Xero?
